Hey Everyone, My name is Scotty... I finally decided to join Drunkdubs after a lil convincing of my cousin Dave aka Nakeddave/gtiracer8 and my brother Dave aka Sundayriverskier and soo far I like what I am seeing, seems like chill guys, who enjoy beer, and enjoy dubbing out. I was actually a topic of discussion for being pulled over and trying to get out of a speeding ticket a while back.
I bought my VW this Summer, she is an older girl, but I love her. Being a College Student and not making much cash makes progress a lil slow when it comes to any mods. I actually lived with NakedDave this summer so we did some little things here and there to clean her up: Windows are tinted, blacked out the taillights/side blinker/reflector, and debadged the back.
Being from Maine, and having a shitty winter, I think I’ll be saving some cash for when springtime arrives and plan on doing something with the suspension, and try to get some new wheels for her.
I’m pretty new at the whole being a car guy, so I’ll probably be coming to you guys for some advice! Hope everyone is doing well, and enjoy the brews.

COM' ON! Give me a break! I wasn't even speeding... well technically I was but, I was in a line of cars doing 80 and a van was running a laser on an over pass and they called my number. But I contested the ticket, and they ended up having to dismiss my case.
